Driven decoiler supported on one side with a capacity of 3000kg. The width range of the unrolled sheet is 500-800kg. The decoiler can operate in loop mode up to a sheet thickness of 1.2mm and in tension mode up to 2.0mm.

The operator places the coil of sheet metal on a mechanically expanded mandrel with the help of available equipment ( forklift or overhead crane). The decoiler mandrel is self-centering and establishes the center of the coil when the mandrel is expanded. The coil is pushed against the stop disc. The decoiler is equipped with a pneumatic pressure arm for securing the coil and inserting the sheet. Once the coil is secured with the arm, the straps that tie the coil together can be safely cut. The operator uses switches to unroll the sheet and feed it into the next machine.

The uncoiler operates in two modes: manual during coil loading and automatic during sheet uncoiling. The uncoiler can be easily integrated with other machines.
