Angled sheet metal cutting line for cutting from coil with variable Zig Zag cutting angle. Adjustable cutting angle range ±10°. The line consists of a driven uncoiler supported on one side with a capacity of 3000kg. The width range of the decoiler is 500-80mm. The decoiler can operate in loop mode up to a sheet thickness of 1.2mm and in tension mode up to 2.0mm.

The operator places the sheet coil on a mechanically expanded mandrel with the help of available equipment ( forklift or overhead crane). The decoiler mandrel is self-centering and establishes the center of the coil when the mandrel is expanded. The coil is pushed against the stop disc. The uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic pressure arm for securing the coil and inserting the sheet. Once the coil is secured with the arm, the straps that tie the coil together can be safely cut. The operator, using switches, introduces the sheet into the straightener. During sheet insertion, a movable insertion table is raised to facilitate sheet insertion

Once the sheet metal is fed into the straightener, the operator sets the straightening depth with the knobs and lowers the pull roller. The straightener has 7 rollers that ensure that the sheet metal is properly straightened from the coil. Once the sheet metal is inserted into the straightener, the introduction table can be lowered and the arm pressure can be turned off.

The sheet is then fed into the guillotine. The guillotine automatically repositions itself by changing the cutting angle. The operator can enter such parameters as the width of the sheet, the dimensions of the format or the cutting angle. The machine has the ability to cut rectangular, trapezoidal or rhomboidal formats. A high-resolution color and 7″ touchscreen panel is used for cutting settings.
