A line for cross cutting metal from coil. The line includes a non-driven decoiler, supported on both sides, with a capacity of 3000kg. The frame of the decoiler is integrated into the machine. The width range of the unrolled sheet is 500-1275mm.

The operator places the decoiler mandrel in the coil of sheet metal. The decoiler mandrel is self-centering and establishes the center of the coil when the mandrel is expanded. Then, with the help of a forklift or overhead crane, the coil with the decoiler mandrel is placed on the machine frame. Integrating the decoiler into the frame saves space for decoiling and cutting.

After inserting the sheet into the straightener, the operator sets the straightening depth with a lever and lowers the pull roller. The straightener has 5 rollers to ensure that the sheet metal is properly straightened from the coil.

The sheet is then fed into the guillotine. The operator can enter parameters such as the dimensions of the sheet and the number of pieces to be made. The operator can also easily prepare a list with up to 25 different formats. A high-resolution color touchscreen and 7″ panel are used for cutting settings.
