The ForRF rounding machine is used in the production of bends, pipes and couplings. Forms to be rolled are placed on a roller feed table. The table accommodates an approximate 200mm stack of sheet metal. The maximum widths of the rolled formats are 600, 800 or 1000mm, depending on the version of the machine. The maximum length of a sheet is 1500mm.
The machine consists of a three-roll coiler, a table and a pneumatic feeder. When the cycle operation is switched on, the feeder picks up one sheet and feeds it into the coiler. The rolled sheet falls into a basket or onto a pallet. The bending radius is set manually with a dial.
The automatic coiler can continue working until the stack is emptied. The operation of the machine is indicated by a light column.
The maximum capacity of the machine is about 1,000 pcs/h for a 100mm fi muffle.
